Welcome to the CosmicSaturnArts 2025 TOS (Terms of Service) document!
Anyone interested in commissioning me is responsible for reading this and fully understanding this before commissioning me!
By going through with a commission with me, you are agreeing to this document and everything it entails.PAYMENT
Prices are NON NEGOTIABLE
I use Square for all payments!
Required 100% upfront before work is started (can make exceptions with a partial payment upfront.)
If the commission is to be cancelled, there will only be a partial refund AFTER I've started working.
If before I begin working a client decides they need a refund, they will receive a full refund within 1 week, or arranged otherwise.TURNAROUND
General turnaround time is up to 3 months maximum (Average TAT within 1 month). Completion times vary on holidays, conventions and complexity of commission.
It is my job to keep my commissioners updated on their artwork during this time, otherwise all major updates are kept in my Telegram Channel. Any other updates regarding individual commissions will be communicated privately with the client.
My main hours of work are 9am - 6pm (PST) Monday thru Friday! Though I am contactable at any time at all if needed. Any art updates or art related work will not be completed Saturdays-Sundays, no exceptions!SKETCH APPROVAL
Once a sketch is sent out, it is the client's responsibility to make sure to suggest any desired alterations and edits to the artwork. If the sketch is approved by the client, I will not be making any large or tedious alterations to the artwork after. This means pose, expression, desired items, change of character entirely.
Exceptions to this may be if client finds an error in the work (i.e. miscoloring, extra lines, inaccurate design, ETC.)Commissioners may NOT:
- Use my artwork as NFTs.
- Use my artwork to train AI.
- Use my artwork for promotion of hate or political standpoints.
- Request discounts on artwork.
- Rush me during the art creation process at anytime.
- Heavily reference/trace/copy my client artwork for commission purposes.

Commissioners MAY:
- Print stickers for free distribution. (Please reach out to me for using my artwork for paid merchandise!)
- Share and repost commissioned artwork with credit.
- Ask AS MANY QUESTIONS as possible! The more understanding we have, the better!
- Use commissioned artwork in any personal way (profile images, banners, posts, backgrounds, ETC)--
WHAT I CAN/WILL DRAW
I am mostly down to draw anything! Feel free to ask any questions if none of these apply to your concept!
- Anthropomorphic Furry Characters
- Feral Furry Characters (SFW only)
- Pokémon
- Humanoid characters
- Light Mecha
- Slightly detailed backgrounds
NO ZOOPHILIA/BEASTIALITY, CUB, CP OR IMPLICATIONS OF THE SORT.
I CAN DECLINE ANY COMMISSION THAT I FEEL CROSSES THIS LINE.Please, no self harm or suicidal implications, I will not draw vent art for you. :(BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT:
I may decline/refund your commission at any given time under any circumstances.I may use any commissioned artwork for a display and example portfolio publicly on my profile / under my name and my work profile.I may use any commissioned artwork for advertising purposes on my profile / under my name and my work profile.
